Last updated: 5/14/2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and UltraSign.net ("UltraSign," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of our electronic signature platform and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing, using, or registering for our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

UltraSign provides a cloud-based electronic signature platform that enables users to upload, prepare, send, sign, and manage digital documents. Features include document workflows, audit trails, custom branding, integrations with popular cloud storage providers, and enterprise-grade security controls. Specific features available to you depend on your subscription tier.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for any loss resulting from compromised credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: forging signatures, submitting documents you are not authorized to sign or send, attempting to circumvent the platform's security, scraping, reverse engineering, or interfering with other users' access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe have violated these Terms.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans renew on a recurring basis until cancelled. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees plus any taxes. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion in accordance with applicable law.

6. Legal Validity of Electronic Signatures

UltraSign is designed to comply with applicable electronic signature laws, including the U.S. ESIGN Act and the EU eIDAS Regulation. However, the legal enforceability of any signed document depends on the document's content, the jurisdiction, and the consent of all parties. You are responsible for ensuring an electronic signature is appropriate for your specific use case.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, design, trademarks, and other materials comprising the Service are owned by UltraSign or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You retain all rights to the documents you upload.

8. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain account data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterwards to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support, subject to our data retention obligations.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UltraSign disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UltraSign's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months immediately preceding the claim. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Your continued use of UltraSign after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
