3. User Accounts

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UltraSign and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Your infringement of any third-party rights
• Content you upload or transmit through our services

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by following the account closure process in your account settings or by contacting our support team.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, engage in prohibited activities, or if we reasonably believe termination is necessary to protect our services or other users.

12. Governing Law
